POTUS Calls Kanye West ‘Jackass’

ABC reporter Terry Moran wrote on his Twitter account last night that the president called Kanye West a “jackass” for taking the microphone away from Taylor Swift during the MTV Video Music Awards. But the post was quickly removed. An ABC spokesperson told Politico that the remarks were made in an off-the-record portion of a CNBC interview. “That was wrong,” the spokesperson said. “We apologize to the White House and CNBC and are taking steps to ensure that it will not happen again.”
