But Mackenzie says she did go get her sister when she “felt like she wasn’t being watched properly.” Mackenzie claims in a new book that she had a long-term incestuous relationship with John Phillips.

The Court will determine whether state and local gun-control ordinances violate the “right to keep and bear arms” clause in the 2nd Amendment. The case also will decide whether the 2nd Amendment protects a broad constitutional right, similar to the 1st Amendment’s right to free speech or the 4th Amendment’s protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.

“Heroes” made its fourth season debut last week with a greatly anticipated, and widely watched, 2-hour opener. In keeping with tradition, the new season starts off with a strong message that is meant to bind subsequent episodes into a cohesive collection of stories. This year’s theme is redemption, and it’s a new crop of super humans moonlighting in a strange and melancholic circus act that will set everyone free in ways as yet not fully known. Why these new characters have been introduced when a multitude of others have vanished without their storylines first being resolved is a mystery.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom got hitched over the weekend in what is reported to have been an elegant, black-tie affair.
Odom, the 29-year-old Los Angeles Lakers forward, and Kardashian, 25, were married Sunday at a private residence in Beverly Hills, according to People. The bride wore a Vera Wang gown and carried a bouquet of white roses, stephanotis and lilies of the valley. Kardashian’s bridesmaids — including half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, actresses (and twin sisters) Khadijah and Malika Haqq and actress Lauren London — wore lavender gowns and carried white roses.
The reality starlet’s stepfather, Bruce Jenner, walked Kardashian down the outdoor aisle with sisters Kim and Kourtney by her side. Kardashian and Odom wed in front of triple arches of white roses.
Guests included “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” producer Ryan Seacrest, “Dancing with the Stars” personality Kelly Osbourne, Kobe Bryant and Chelsea Handler. Babyface sang during the reception and a D.J. from New York was flown in to keep the party hopping until 11:00 p.m.

“FlashForward,” ABC’s new sci-fi drama, is clearly positioned to glean fans of “Lost” before its final season, but the pilot episode “No More Good Days” seems too much like a flashback. In the opening scene, a middle-class white guy, Mark Benford, like Jack Shepard in “Lost,” awakens after a car crash and wanders into a chaotic scene of confused, injured and flammable strangers needing his authority and help. Also, at least three “Lost” cast members have recurring roles in “FlashForward,” but this time the surgeon is Olivia Benford (Sonya Walger), Mark Benford’s (Joseph Fiennes) wife. In the middle of a disaster scene, the ad for Oceanic airlines, while meant as an obvious nod, seems too self-conscious and distracting. …
