It comes as no surprise that the Los Angeles County coroner announced today that Michael Jackson’s death was a homicide. But whether criminal activity is involved, such as gross negligence or intent to harm, remains unclear. If authorities are unable to establish criminal wrongdoing, they may also be unable to show negligence.
