Robin Wright Penn Files Divorce Papers

Robin Wright Penn filed for divorce from Sean Penn last week. The papers, filed in Marin County, Calif. on Aug. 12, state that “both parties have already agreed to [shared] custody of their son Hopper Jack, 16, and that “the estranged couple have already agreed to division of all property.” The reason given for the split was “irreconcilable differences.”
Sean and Robin married in 1996. In June of this year, Sean is reported to have dropped out of two big-ticket movie projects, “The Three Stooges” and “Cartel” to focus on his family life.
